You can use the import api as well as api to update libraries

Talent management libraries​

This set of APIs will provide endpoint to retrieve or define the value of libraries that are used for Talent management modules and the legacy core HR module.

Specif, SpecifNode and Key property​

A Specif could be, a theme of training actions, entities, performances classification, etc. There are “Tree like” libraries with as values SpecifNodes. There are many categories for Specif, defined by a Type specif value:

  • Job (or FEP): 0
  • Key property: 1
  • Diploma: 2
  • Theme of the training catalog: 3
  • Additional skill (present on the old mini-cv profile): 4
  • Employment Type: 7
  • Items classification: 8
  • ExtraTree : 9,
  • Certification: 10
  • Room equipment: 11

Most of the time you will use specifNode attachment for defining key property nodes attachments.(because there are the most widely used object)

Note that if you are a Core HR customer you should not use theses endpoints, unless you need extract from a key property that have been defined in addition to the Core HR dataset.

Reference Data​

Reference data are another type of referential known with many values defined as a flat list. By example: Training organism funding type.
