Glossary​

Campaign​

A campaign consists in a population of appraisers and appraisees that has to fill-in forms during a specific timeframe. Most of the time, campaigns from the Performance module rely on Annual reviews or other interview type. The campaign has a name, a client code, a start date, an end date and an optional responsible. It also includes the access rights and validation workflow to apply to the forms as well as the associated population.

Forms​

A form uses a template to apply to an appraisee and their appraiser. It is linked to a form type, which dictates the access rights and validation workflow for the form.

Appraisers and appraisees​

A form must have an appraisee and an appraiser, but in specific cases, the appraisee is also the appraiser (open access forms).
