Use case definition​

I need to​

Use a tool for operating Virtual Classrooms that is different from the Cegid HR Learning Virtual Classroom embedded tool.

In short​

Cegid HR Learning is delivered with an embedded Virtual Classroom tool. In case using a different Virtual Classroom tool makes sense, it is possible to interface one or more other Virtua#l Classroom tools. Frequently interfaced tools: Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, Jitsi…

I can expect​

  • Other Virtual Classroom tools are added on top of the Cegid HR Learning embedded Virtual Classroom tool. They will bring more options for operating a session.
  • Microsoft Teams: you can add multiple Microsoft Teams tools if multiple users with different Azure configurations want to use the feature that automatically generates a Teams link.
  • LTI 1.1: You can add multiple LTI 1.1 tools

Not included​

Virtual Classroom tools other than the Cegid HR Learning Virtual Classroom embedded tool can require additional license costs. Those costs are not included in the Cegid HR license.
